To process an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payment data is entered directly at Stripe and is never stored by us.
We use your data only to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. We share it with our service providers: Stripe (payment), Gelato (printing and shipping, including the carrier) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process data under their own privacy policies and may do so outside Switzerland, including in the USA.
This shop sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. Stripe may set cookies necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention.
We keep order data as long as required by law (up to 10 years for accounting records).
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Residents of California and other US states may exercise their rights the same way. We do not sell personal data.
